It could... What makes you think it was bad? Everything you consume could affect baby. I had one that could not tolerate anything with tomatoes, tomatoe sauce ect.... So I didn't eat pizza for months. If you got sick from the shrimp. I would pump a few times to be safe. Good Luck

The south beach diet allows you to eat healthy and you lose 8 to 12 lbs in the first 2 weeks. It really works. I breast fed my daughter and she weened herself from the breast at 8 months. Maybe yours will ween soon and you wont have to worry. I had a Cesarean too and I went on with my activities in a couple of months.

If you get food poisoning it will not pass through your milk to the baby. Don't think you need to avoid breastfeeding while you are ill.

Nope. You can breastfeed if you have food poisoning. And you only need to stay a way from shellfish if you have a family history of food allergies.
