My love to Allah is greatest than any thing ever, but I can't say that He occupies the most of my heart, saying so may mean that there are other things "shares" my heart with Allah, which is not the case, nor it's proper to say so. Allah "owns" my heart, I try to let my love to Him "controls" my love or even hatred to any one or any thing.
Any love, for me, falls under my love to Allah, for example, the most person I love in this life is my beloved prophet Muhamed, peace be upon him, but my love to him falls under my "ruling" love to Allah, my love to the prophet's companions is the same thing, then comes my mama, she is owner of the largest part in my heart from those who are alive, and also my love to her falls under my love to Allah.
But there's a very important point here, we can't compare love to mama for example to love to a friend, this is a different thing, you just may compare your love to one of your friends to your love to some other friend.
To sum up, for a Muslim, your love to Allah should be "ruling" and "prevailing", then your love to prophet Muhamed, peace be upon him, should be greater than any other love, then it's up to you to "rank" those whom you love.
