Run and then after things get quiet, go back to spot and see how the ghost looks like.
From the perspective of curious females.

I did, and you are so shocked you first disbelieve your own senses, then after the ghost fades you get really scared. I wish I had had more presence of mind because I would have liked to talk to them and find out why they weren't at peace.

When I was a devout Penicostal, I would pray them out. Can anyone say exorsism? When I left the church the gift that they had always told me was from God, was all of a sudden called of the Devil. I still see them, often. Ghosts do not scare me. Demons do.

Once my heart started beating again, I'd attempt to find out why it was there, if it was visiting or needed help in some way, or had a message to pass on to me.
Yes Tom M. Ghosts DO exist! :)

Ask it if it does dishes. Actually ghosts are usually here for a reason, so I'd ask what it wants.

There's no such thing as real ghosts, so I would not worry about it.

I'd give it an air hug and become friends with it!
