You can...
1. Apply a heating pad (or heat up a damp towel in the microwave if you don't have one) to your abdomen
2. Take a warm shower or bath
3. Lightly massage your abdomen
4. Eat a lot of complex carbs (ie. fruits and veggies) and stay away from alcohol, sugar, and salt
5. Take B-6 Vitamins
6. Take Ibuprofin
7. Lie on your back with your knees bent

You need to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on to cause this cramping but in the mean time you can try increasing the iron levels during this time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course). Increasing the iron levels will help ease some of the flow which can make cramping a problem.

Before I was on birth control I had to use an electric heat pad, & those chemical heating pads ( heating pad with out a cord) they can be hidden under clothes & can be bought in any pharmacy. also suplimenting your diet with things like bran, cabbage, and other food high in fibre can help.
