I am reading a book that Dean Koontz wrote and it is Dark Rivers Of The Heart. If I ever can get it finished that is. My husband is the one who got me hooked on it. It is the first book that I have read that Dean Koontz wrote. Hope to read more of his books.

I love all his books... I read " The Watchers " first and just fell in love with the way he wrote.. Lightning I read second and is one of my favorites... I'd have to say Whispers in my favorite though.. if you get a chance read that.. it has a real twisted plot unbelievable.. I couldn't put it down also a good love story

Whispers and Intensity were the two that freaked me out the most! I read Whispers when it first came out in the 80's and it still freaks me a little to think about it. I really like his books as most take place in So Cal near where I live. I also like the bit of realism that they have, you know someone somewhere could behave like that!

My memory is slipping, but I have read virtually all Koontz books. I don't know why, but it would be easier to tell you about the one book I didn't care for: "The Tick Tock Man" (I think was the name). I don't remember why. While not necessarily my favorite, "Intensity" sticks out as one of the most disturbing and, uh, intense!

I've read a few of his and found them to be very intense! My heart raced when I was reading "Intensity". I read another that was called "Mr. Murder", I think, and it was good too. Who else do you like to read? I'm always looking for a good author that I haven't yet discovered.
