Shoulder pads, arm pads, knee pads A always pad.LOL And bras are padded ( sometimes way too much) And they have butt pads too.

my sister's bras are EXTRA padded. my cell... i mean room. pillow. all the corners in my house. and ultimately the law.

my parents were the same way. i didnt start wearing tampons till i was 18 because my mom was sure they caused cancer lol but to answer your question it would proble help if you used pads with wings...
