Maybe she is a dependent type. Maybe she wants to be more like you.

They "do", find happiness within themselves. However at this point "they want to share it". Happiness shall always be shared because it is a natural thing to do.You did not come into this world alone. Even though you do not want children. People need each other, even when we live miles apart. Likeness is a form of seeing "something", just like you. Happiness is a gift",A gift that keeps on giving. Tell me something? When you are with your friends and happiness arises"; do you turn it down?" or do you except". I think you really "like doing the "happiness part. And are wondering how long will your hapiness last with all that is around you. Let me write this", Keep making people happy. You just might be the bright star they need " for that one shining moment. People look upon others. Others", "look" upon you. Don't worry, Its"a"GOOD THING.

That is a great question. You are probably a happy likeable person and a happy one too. I guess your friends figure if they act like you they will be happy. It is probably draining on you right?

I myself have never been happy. I always thought when I marry the right man...blah....blah....blah....I'd be happy. Well no matter what I have I'm not happy. At 46 I'm realizing that happiness does come from within.....I'm still working to get there. Wish me luck that I do.

Same reason people criticize others for doing things they themselves do all the time.

People have a hard time living by their own set of rules, so they feel this need to feed off of others joy, misery, etc.

Just be happy you're human and not some weird emotional parasite.

most people don't realize that real happiness comes from within, they think that more money, or a love interest or something outside themselves will finally make them happy. The result, they are never happy, they don't know where to find true happiness.
You can try to explain to them, but most have to learn for themselves.

Well firstly, friends are supposed to make their friends happy. They might be one of those people that need someone that's always happy in their life. In my opinion, if you're a friend, then you give a little, take a little: aka you give them happiness. Hope I helped!

sometimes, people don't trust themselves, the scare so, as a friend, they find someone like you to depend on. you are like what the want to be but don't dare step their foot forward. by seeing how you do things, the way you behave or solve certain situations, the then think you can solve their own problems or give them something to hold themselves or support themselves on. i guess that's their way to take you as their idol.

No one is an island unto themselves. Part of the balance of life is finding the harmony within yourself and the harmony within the companionship of others.

That has happened to me. Just try to absorb it. Like take their laughter to make yourself laugh. If not, and it really bugs you, try talking to them. If they are really your friends they should understand.
