No, Harry does not die.
He does allow himself to be hit with the Avada Kedavra curse, but as Dumbledore notes in the "King's Cross Station" chapter, Harry is not dead, just the part of Voldemort's soul that inadvertently broke off the first time Voldemort tried to kill Harry.
Dumbledore did say that Harry had a choice whether to return to the mortal world or to "go on", but that means he didn't die, but that he had a choice.
