I can't seem to find any good answer that specificly says harry dies ANSWER QUICK PLEASE!

No, Harry does not die.

He does allow himself to be hit with the Avada Kedavra curse, but as Dumbledore notes in the "King's Cross Station" chapter, Harry is not dead, just the part of Voldemort's soul that inadvertently broke off the first time Voldemort tried to kill Harry.

Dumbledore did say that Harry had a choice whether to return to the mortal world or to "go on", but that means he didn't die, but that he had a choice.

I think he came out of the closet and was murdered by a closeted, congressman. Or maybe the congressman died, I can't keep track.

Oh no, that was a Florida newspaper story wasn't it?
Or was it in Minnesota? Too many to keep straight.
