The song that you love so much, but always seems to end way before it should?

Deep Purple's Soldier of Fortune for me. I always feel like it should be at least 7 minutes long... seems to end to soon everytime I hear it.

I love the DP Stormbringer album. Back in the day many of my friends used to hate it, and thought the only worthy DP tune off that album was Lady Double Dealer, or the self title track. For me, I thought it was a natural progression from Burn and have always loved it. My favorite track would have to be Soldier of Fortune also, and you're right, it could be another 4 minutes longer. Heck make it an even 5!
'Holy Man' was cool song too. Glenn Hughes sings lead on that one, and his voice really shines there!
I listen to a lot of obscure 60's-70's bands, but here are few better known groups and songs that I wish were longer:

Humble Pie - '30 Days in the Hole'.
Grand Funk Railroad - Inside Looking Out (almost 10 minutes, but still not long enough for me)
ELP - Benny the Bouncer (great drinking tune, could be longer!)
Cactus - One Way or Another
Kansas - Lonely Street
BOC - Then Came the Last Days of May
Deep Purple - Demons Eye (on the original EMI Harvest UK pressing of the Fireball album)
Black Sabbath - Evil Woman (originally by Crow, and found on Sabbaths UK pressing of the Paranoid LP)
Uriah Heep - Simon the Bullet Freak
Lucifers Friend - Ride in the Sky
Ten Years After - I'd Love to Change the World
Jeff Beck - Becks Bolero (way too short)
James Gang - The Bomber (would have been a great song to do live, and I always thought they should have done a 20 minute version on the Live in Concert album...no such luck!)
Cream - N.S.U. (way too short)
I could go on and on here, and it would make an interesting book...ha ha! Great question!

I think that my favorite song Cold But I'm Still Here by Evans Blue is too short, if it were up to me it would last forever.

"Scenes From An Italian Restaurant" even though it is already a lengthy song I always feel I could wave goodbye to Brenda & Eddie for a bit longer!

Queen - We Will rock You
Everytime you hear it, just when it gets to that rocking guitar solo, it finishes. I'm too used to songs having an intro, then a guitar solo, then the rest of the song.
