Im 22 and haven`t had my TB jab.does it matter?

It depends on the situation you are facing. Some types of jobs require a TB test every year (giving an example). The only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think.

The TB jab would be the TB vaccination. I don't think it matters unless you have a job that requires you to have one.
