I mean theres no way in hell I'd go to one of his thousand dollar seminars. I just ordered that 39.99 pkg from that advertisement.

Whenever someone promises for a fee to show you how to make real wealth in real estate, they just did. Think about this: If it were as easy as pie to make the big bucks why do you think these seminar sellers would be wasting their time selling seminars? These guys are selling nothing more than hope!

You need to avoid thousand dollar seminars and save your money. The step by step processes are actually available on publications and books that are wayyyyy cheaper. The most popular tax lien book that has all the information that Beck has to offer is this book: Complete Guide to Real Estate Tax Liens and Foreclosure Deeds: Learn in 7 Days [ISBN 0978834682] by Don Sausa. Buy it off Amazon for less than $16.

Trick is, on a deal like this -- you got the materials and you are supposed to be able to LEARN how to do this in 14 days !! This is where they have you !! Either read or listen carefully to these ads !! They are made to sound as though you will be making MONEY in 14 days !!
For instance -- they could have said --- Learn how to build your new home in 14 days ---- and, once they send you the materials listing what you should know in order to build your new home --- they're done --- reading it and learning how to do it is up to you !!
