My Mother had endometriosis. She had to take fertility drugs in order to have me. She kept trying to have kids afterward but was never able to .

The first time I had sex with my fiancee I had never taken birth control before. I also skipped birth control by mistake (honestly) a couple times and didn't get pregnant.

I'm scared that when we get married and actually start trying, I won't be able to have a baby. Is there a test or something I can take?

You could go to the Drs and tell him your family and your history. He can run some test and labs that could help you determine if you ovulate and to see if your tubes are ok. You should make an appointment that way you know where you stand.
