I am a girl and on my way home from school today i had really bad pains i could barely walk.HELP

sounds like a premenstrual type situation, take a warm bath and some tylenol, it should ease off. If you develop a fever, have your parents take you to the ER.

Are you talking about pains in your lower abdomen, or right down in your crotch area?
If it's really down in the vaginal area, it could be a couple of things. I once had an ingrown hair that surprised me by being extremely painful. It was bizarre. Usually they are just mildly annoying if they happen, but this one was severe and painful. Check the hairy area for red bump or pimple. Try to free the hair and open it up.
It could also be a blocked Bartholin gland. I've never had that, but a good friend used to get them. They can be extremely painful. Check to see if you have a lump on either side of your vaginal opening. Here's more info: http://www.coolnurse.com/bartholins_cyst.htm

Were you hit there at any time? Is it the outer or inner part? What do the pains feel like? Too many questions with little information.

Not sure how old you are, or where exactly that pain is. Maybe you're about to get your period? Cramps in your lower stomach/abs always happen during that time.....

if they are on the clitorous area, i have had that happen planty of times. maybe because of tight underwear, clothing, ect. just take it easy. get some vaseline jelly, and soflty rub it, and just wear comfortable, loose clothing (:
