If you're going to be a girl for Halloween, here's what you should buy: a pair of black panties & matching bra (a pair of fake breasts too), a pair of black sheer pantyhose or black stockings & a garter belt, a little black dress, a pair of 4" black pumps, a long blonde wig & make-up, nails, perfume & some jewelry too.

You'll need girl's clothes, for one thing. Maybe a dress. A wig, maybe a ladie's hat, a purse, high heels, tights if you don't want to wear pantyhose, makeup, painted fingernails...think of all the girls you know...what do they do and wear?

go to a store like goodwill or some place and get some clothes cheap. decide on your persona first. do you want to be a flirty girl? a nerdy girl? the popular girl? the catholic school girl? then go from there. I'd go with a skirt and shirt, it leaves more area to be creative. then add some clip-on earrings, necklaces, rings, etc....
