This happens sometimes. The medical profession is not perfect but it's a lot better than relying on a 'snake dance' for health care. I wouldn't sue anyone who made a real effort to help my significant other in any way.Insurance settlements cannot compensate for someone you love.

If the mummy and dad did no longer choose their new child baptized this is their determination in accordance with their very own ideals. None persons can answer that question because of the fact we are actually not the mummy and dad and greater suitable than in all probability our ideals will fluctuate to a pair degree. Why might God make up a rule approximately having to be baptized besides? And who're we to opt to oldsters while actually WE DONT understand.....we don't understand if their is a heaven or in case you're able to be baptized to circulate into into its gates. ultimately, why might God punish slightly one!!??

No. We sue too much in America. If there was gross negligence that caused my spouse's death I might sue, maybe. But not for 50 million dollars worth. Too many take advantage of accidents and try to make money off of other people. If my hubby died before they knew what was wrong, but they tried to help....NO. NO. NO.
