I am looking for Supreme court cases that are based upon or affect the 6th amendment, for example Gideon v Wainwright

There are literally hundreds of major cases -- thousands total counting federal district court opinions -- that deal with that topic to one degree or another.

The 6th Amendment has several important provisions -- right to counsel, right to a speedy public trial, right to call witnesses and present evidence -- all of which are a balance between the goals of the govt (conviction) and the rights of due process.

Is there something in particular you were looking for?

How have you searched so far? Seems like google would be a good start, wikipedia can probably lead you to other authoritative answers, findlaw.com, places like that.

If you have done all that and you haven't found anything yet, then the answer is that there are no court cases at all.
