I would say go to the Dr. there are a million things that could be wrong with you. I have not been on any type of birth control for 7 years and I have not gotten pregnant. I went to the Dr. and found out that I don't ovulate. I have a period but don't ovulate. He put me on Clomid and we are hopping this does the trick. Good luck and go see a Dr,

There's a terrific book called Taking Charge of Your Own Fertility that really explains the process and can help you figure out when you're ovulating, to optimize your chances for conception.

But in general, you ovulate 14 days before the first day of your next period. That's the time you should be trying.

I would recommend you study your own body for answers. Just having sex every day can actually decrease your chances of conceiving.

Definitely check out the book Taking Charge of your fertility and also you can chart for free on fertilityfriend.
