Acne after quitting birth control?

I am about to start taking birth control (Yaz) in about a week, i have moderate acne and ovarian cysts and Ive been told that taking Yaz will help with both of those problems... and so I'm also wondering that if one day i stop taking Yaz, will my breakouts come back, especially since Yaz is supposed to be a lower dose birth contol? Thanks.

It's very possible but it takes about 3 months for the body to adjust to being off the medication when stopped.
