How do you increase you runepoints in Rune Factory?

I am lvl 26 and I don't seem to be gaining any maximum rune points, it's max is only 100. Any tips?


Or do I just need to lvl up more?

Rune points never go up. They will always be just a hundred a day.

To make it even worse, spells only run on rune, they can't use hit points instead like tools and weapons. And the restorative spells do not recover rune points.

BUT most food gives rune points when eaten (anything prepared does at least). I've food that rice balls (cooked in your kitchen with rice from the bar) give enough RP to cast Cure, which is really all you need. I've used the strategy in many boss fights to run from the boss, eat a rice ball, then cast cure and go right back to it.
