Yes, I wanted the Tribe to win it all, but ya gotta admit we were out played in a couple of the games. If Kenny Lofton was called safe...would it of made a difference? Guess we'll never know. Our turn will come. I still luv the Tribe & next year is another Season.

mbsports... FYI, I live in Ohio, I've rooted for the Indians, Browns & Cavs for a loooong time now. Win or loose, don't matter. Can U say that?? I've been to the stadium when u were lucky if there were 100 people there. By the way.......this question was presented as a show of good sportsmanship ..then u showed up. We all play well together, maybe u should try it.

Just make sure u are not reported for being a good sport. Some retards here seem to have a problem with that. That being said Congrats to the Sox.

Another die-hard Sox fan here, and it's refreshing to see your display of sportsmanship. I know there are a lot of obnoxious front-running Sox fans out there that ignorantly spout off and make everyone think we're all loudmouth blowhards that just talk trash and lack humility. Any real Sox fan knows humility, we had it beaten into us for several years (generations) and so we don't take accomplishments like this for granted. The Indians are a very talented young team that in my opinion needed this experience to grow and develop into an even more dangerous team next year. They have a solid manager, a great core on offense and the mound and the incredible series they played this year will only provide them with the mental toughness they need to get to the next level. The Sox wouldn't have had 2004 or this comeback against a very strong Indians team without the heartbreak of 2003.

So thanks for your congrats and your class!

Thank you. That's very sportsman-like of you. I'm a DIEHARD Red Sox fan & I have to say it was a great series. All the groundball double plays the Red Sox were hitting into was frustrating to watch, but hats off to the Indians pitching & defence.

The Indians are a solid team with a great manager. It just wasn't in the cards for them & the Sox had a lot of experience which they needed to pull out the victory.

Good luck next season.

With ya all the way............Congrats to Boston for getting to the World Series..........They DID play great..........To come back from a 3-1 deficit is quite an accomplishment.......As you luv the Tribe I luv the Yankees so we'll hook up again next year..........As a baseball fan I'm looking forward to the World Series..........I don't know how much of a difference calling Lofton safe would have made........Boston won by a large margin and that one play with Lofton probably wouldn't have made that much of a difference........Have to give Cleveland credit for playing well and getting as far as they did........They surprised a lot of baseball odds makers............CAT

I agree PJ,they did out play the Indians. I was rooting for the Tribe as a member of the AL central(Tiger Fan). The experience factor played heavily in this series.(like our younger players with the Tigers screwed up at the Series),more experience will sharpen your Indian team.I wish them good(but not that good,my Tigers will be roaring again).I wish both teams in the Series the best also.

Yes. I'd be happy to join you. The Indians played a good series and had a heck of a season. Congratulations, Red Sox, you are one GOOD team. Next year!

You are a good sport, too. I applaud you.

Yeah, I agree. I don't like the Boston players individually but as a team they played well.

It was so close though. So close.
