Im doing a history day project this year and the theme is 'Conflict and Comprimise'. I know the conflict but I'm not so sure about the comprimise. please help!

The Sons of Liberty did this and the British were upset so they passed an act called the Intolerable acts, which required Boston to pay for the damaged tea and closed the harbor. It was another stepping stone to the final break with Britain - the Declaration of Independence

Boston tea party, they were upset that the king imposed high taxes on tea and other goods so in protest they slip on board of the British ship and threw the tea into the Boston harbour
