Torterra-its pretty fine
Dialga-strong enough I guess
Rest,level them up some more,the weakest pokemon are higher than level 50.Also he strongest pokemon is level 66 Garchomp.Get them to around level 64 for your best bet.

I wouldn't count on it, I'd try to get the Pokemon around level 80 and up; and I'd bring a lot of revives, potions, super potions, hyper potions, status healers, and full heals in with me. It WILL take time, so you need to be patient! Soon you will be unbeatable! (The reason I said lv.80+ is because you have to beat the champion after the Elite four) ;)

Torterra will destroy the 2nd one but your gonna want a water type with Ice Beam for the Champion's Garchomp and Flint who uses several fire types
A Fire type helps against the first guy, and your dialga will do well against Lucian who uses Psychic types
