Which is better, to wear patterned clothing or solid clothing?

What does it say about your personality if you wear patterns as opposed to solids?

Patterns are much more fun and solids can be boring sometimes it just depends with what you wear it with. I like patterns much more because you can get more attention

Solids if you're wearing a dress, otherwise if it's just tops you can do both. Bottoms are always solid. Shoes are cute if they're patterned, but they can be either also. Hope this helps!!

Wear patterns to emphasize an area - top if you are bottom heavy, bottom if you are busty.
Stick to small to medium size patterns, unless you are a very big girl!
Beware of stripes -
Vertical [ up-down ] stripes male you look longer, and therefore skinnier.
Horizontal [ side-side ] stripes make you look wider, unless they are all skinny [ no more than one inch wide ].
I usually wear a print with one solid color from the print; and maybe one neutral.
example: blue fitted T, blue paisley jacket, gray pants, and gray flats.
red turtleneck, red-gold-black plaid skirt, red tights, black Tstraps.
Make sure a print or any other item of clothing you buy, has
at least two things to match it in your existing wardrobe. Then buy one more!
