i would be hurt or bothered that they diss me first. but i am very intuitive i wouldn't be surprised. people don't do that for any reason. but you can tell you would get a notice. i did it to this annoying guy.

For example, you click on a question to answer, but it shows up "Sorry, you can't read that question in this time" or something to that effect.
I don't love folks around here, but I wouldn't be mad. I'd just wonder what I did in order to get blocked.

No, if someone blocks you, it's their secret. There's no way to tell if they've done it, but it you're not hearing from them or they are not responding to your email(s), they probably have. Sorry.

If they also stop returning your phone calls, I would venture to say they are upset about something.
Yes, I would be hurt. But, I would call and ask if there was something that needed to be discussed.

i just thought you could not reply to someone's emails, not block them.
yes, i would be upset if they did it especially if i really cared about them. there's no excuse for doing something like that.

you can ask for a return receipt for e-mails, that would tell you if they opened it, or not.
