Yogurt and cheeses are the big ones everyone thinks of, but others are pickles, olives, sauerkraut, and other various dairy products such as butter. Beer and Bread is made from a yeast but is still closely related to bacteria produced foods.

Yeast is a mold, not a bacterium. That means that bread and beer are out.
Foods made with the aid of bacterial cultures:
Cheese
Yogurt
Not much else that I can think of off the top of my head.
