She's a kiddie tv star on The Disney Channel. Her dad is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus ("Achy Breaky Heart"). She is around 14-15 years old and kids love her!

I really don't think she can sing. It's the Disney conglomerate. Look at the hype from High School Musical! They have great marketing people.
