Not in Missouri. I'm a sole proprietor and was picked for jury duty. Other factors can be considered however, but since I'd wish you to fulfill your civic duty..............

Nope, so have another excuse handy like you can't read, write, or understand English, tell them you're dyslexic. You could also tell them you're of low moral character....If that doesn't work, try to act like an a** during voir dire. If it's something like a civil suit tell them you think the guy should get the death penalty. Be creative. You can get out of it....
