because its impossible to keep everybody happy, unless you only tell them what they want to hear even though you dont agree

Being tolerant isn't stressful or unstressful, the fact that you're getting stressed is because you're doing something else wrong not because you're being tolerant!
You need to find a cure for your stress, or an outlet or some way of dealing with it.
Well done for being tolerant though, it is a virtue!

If you are being genuinely tolerant, it shouldn't be stressful. being intolerant is actually more stressful because it sets off reactions of anger, which increases blood pressure and cortisol levels go up. same reaction happens if you are faking tolerance.
