I live in saskatchewan, canada. Its near the end on october and the temperature is around 0 C when i usually go outside in the mornings. is this too early to start wearing a puffy winter parka or should i wait till its even colder?

don't be a puss- it should be at least -20 degrees below zero before you even put on a jacket.
C'mon, get real- when you are cold put on some layers.
