Ok so today I was driving while it was raining, I have a 01 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT, As I reached 60 on the freeway my car starts to pull one side to the other. I niticed this last time it was raining so it's not the first time this happened. My car shakes normaly due to two motor mounts that are broken. I also have different tires on the car which is my first clue. I have two mitchelin in front and two yokohama on the back from which one is more worned out that the other. I also think my shocks are in bad shape since the the ride keeps getting worse over time.

You're Hydroplaning! Tire Types don't mean that much, Good Tread Matters! Replace Tires, Shocks/Struts. Alignment and "Slow Down A Little in the Rain" There is OIL on the roads and it comes out with the rain.

Your question pretty much answers your question. How about fixing the motor mounts, put some good tires on it, replace the struts, and have the front end aligned?
You know that the car is unsafe to drive. Get a loan if you can't afford it right now. Don't put your own life in danger and don't put the innocent bystander in peril either.

You are the epitome of a risk taker. In a car that needs as much as you indicate I would not even drive it to the grocery store let alone over 60 MPH in the rain. You are an accident looking for a place to happen.

Replace tires, shocks, motor mounts and see if it gets better. Bet it will.
You might check the front end alignment while you're at it.

sounds like rack and pinion is moving in its mounts, the bushings are worn and the rain lubricates them, making them easily move.
