G'day ,

Thank you for your questions.

There are various sites which offer to teach you hypnosis. You might want to have a look at them. There are also books on how to hypnotise people so that you might want to look in your library.

Regards

There are many kinds of hypnosis ... however, the basis of hypnosis is that they one being hypnotised needs to willingly accept what you're plugging 'em into.

TV advertisments use hypnosis by increasing sound, using small words, and repetition. That's why some really want pizza if they watch TV between 6:00 - 7:00 PM. The loud sound, repetition, and short words increase the brain wave to 8-10 brain frequencies.

To use hypnosis for stuff like quitting smoking, quitting teeth grinding, food control, hypertention you need to relax the participant to a brain frequency of 6-8 waves. This is done with deep breaths, and slow counting. This hypnosis has a longer effect than the loud noise.

To cure physical pain you need to almost have the hypnoise person decrease to brain waves 2-4 ... deep sleep ... and this has the longest effect.

With both the 6-8 & 2-4 hypnosis ... it needs to be repeated 3 times a day for 21 days for lasting results.

That depends on what you mean. To be an actual hypnotist, you need training.
If you are just trying to put someone in a zombie like state so you can control them, you're out of luck. Real hypnotism doesn't work that way.

Have them spend some time on this site. I've been on here a while and I'm ready to bark like a dog at the sound of a bell, quit smoking and take my clothes off on stage.
