This depends on how upscale the neighborhood you are targeting is, the age group of the population, if there is much competition and your age. The range can be anywhere between $5 an hour (ex: for young teens with little experience) and $10 per hour. (older teens or adults with little competition). Be sure to provide a realistic estimate before beginning as you'll have a better chance of getting the job (don't estimate your time to low)

Depends on how many leaves there are, how big the yard is, if they are wet or not, and if you have any help that you need to reimburse. A good place to start is about 7-8 dollars an hour for optimum conditions; you decide from there.
