Neither! Actors are followed everywhere by paparazzi, and their fame goes to their heads until they are so stuck on themselves that everyone hates them. And models have to be sickly thin, how can anyone find that attractive? They look like they are on their death beds. Ugh. I'm in training right now to become a personal trainer and nutritionist, those are my career choices.

I'd say go with your passion. But be realistic. There's a good probability that either one won't make you famous.
