I personally do not believe that amoral people seek politics as one of their concerns. Those people would be more inclined to seek, say, crime and hate as an outlet for their feelings.

Amoral people would not feel comforable with Democrats unless they know how to beg for money.

Republicans kick amoral people out of their party before we ever get a chance to observe them in their habitat.

That is a very complex question. It really depends upon an individual's mix of vices.
Just one example:
Man who likes to cheat on wife with woman - Democrat
Man who likes to cheat on wife with man - Republican
Woman who likes to cheat on husband with man - Republican
Woman who likes to cheat on husband with woman - Democrat

Republican. They worship markets and think markets should replace government for most social functions. Markets are amoral; however, and always fail to meet our social needs. That's why America is a "Republic", not a "Capitalism".
