Assuming that U is a point between R and T, then
RSU = 4x, UST = 3x and

RST is the combined angle of RSU and UST with a measure of 84deg.

This means that
3x+4x=84
7x=84
divide both sides by 7 to see
x=12.

So if RSU = 4x
then RSU = 4(12)
RSU = 48deg

If you needed it
we see if UST=3x
then UST = 3(12)
UST=36deg

This is shown true because
48+36=84

ANSWER:
RSU=48deg

4x+3x = 84
7x = 84
x = 12

People talking about 180 degrees are all wrong.

The sum of all the angles is 180 so you just add all three angles:

180 = 84 + 3x + 4x

96 = 7x

x = 13.71

7x=180-84
x=96/7
so m of rsu is 96*4/7
