I assumed I ovulated the day after the posiitve ovulation test, and then waitied 12 days after that. Most tests can tell you by 12 DPO. With my first pregnancy I bought really sensitive tests and for a really faint positive at 7DPO, but this time I waitied until 12 DPO and got a really dark positive line with just a regular test. I get my period 13 days past ovulation, so it was 1 day before my period was due. Good luck.

I would wait at least 18 days after a positive opk. Because once you get a positive opk you will ovulate in the next 12 to 48 hours or longer. So you don't technically ovulate on the day you get a positive opk. Best wishes ttc!!!!!!!!!
