I don't think so, I've never read anything that said he was.

I don't think so.

To be a vegetarian when youÂ´re from Argentina (the country with the highest meat consumption in the world) is possible but very unlikely. IÂ´m pretty sure I've seen pictures of Che Guevara eating a barbecue somewhere.
