On the website below, go all the way down until you get to the section where it says "Alternate Exterior Angles". See the D and the B on that illustration? what would the relation of them be. Ex. Consecutive Interior, Alternative Exterior (Those are not choices, just examples of others.

They would be supplementary angles (add to 180 degrees).

In the example you mention, D & B would be "Same-Side Exterior Angles". Those are rarely used in Geometry, but if needed, they would be supplementary (sum of them = 180°).
