ok, I worked for a long while figuring out every aspect of Tic-tac-Toe, and I found out that the only 100% guranteed way to win is if you go first...
you put an X in the bottom left corner(or any corner) and as long as the oponent doesn't go in the middle you will win(you of course have to know where to go...but you can still win)...I will look more into strategies on winning when you go second...later and stuff...this isn't a question, but what do you think...

I've already figured it out, why are you lecturing me on things I already know?..I'm not looking for how to win...I've ot that down...i'm looking for strategies, and that's what I'll be choosing as a best answer.

But he will probably...
Tic-Tac-Toe is easy anyway.
There's no way to win, unless you play versus someone who doesn't know how to play. It'll always be a draw.
The only way someone can win at tic-tac-toe, is if someone make a mistake. There's only a few possible moves, and it's easy to figure out the best one. it's not like chess, where you have trillions of possibility..

If you go first and your opponent takes the middle block, you can still win by taking the corners. If your opponent goes first, the best you can do is a draw. By taking the center on your first move, your opponent is forced to take another corner. Then you take the space between your opponent's marks. Your opponent is then forced to block your two marks and you have put your opponent on the defensive.
