The Rockies have less than half of the Red Sox team payroll, and for that reason alone I would like to see them win.

I'm in a win-win situation for me.
If the Sox win, it makes the AL East look good.
If the Sox lose, it will silence and humble those conceded and arrogant Red Sox fans.

No. They are trying to cast themselves as equal to the Yankees, and winning two world championships in the same decade would make them think they are. It hurts me deep in my brain to hear this. 4 in one decade is a Yankee thing, and 26 in franchise history. 5 in franchise history and 2 in a decade is a Red Sox thing.

Absolutely. They were the best team all year, and fought hard to win the ALCS. The Rockies are certainly a formidable opponent. It should be one of the best World Series' of all time.
