Yes it is..I have had good luck and bad, wealth and poverty, I've had love and heartbreak and the only constant i have found is my attitude and ability to laugh at it all.

Now of course i may be wrong but the worms will have to eat the smile off of this face :)

Yes I believe that laughing and being cheerful and playful does indeed keep you young. My sweetheart is like that and so fun to be with. I am 53 and still a big kid at heart and love a good laugh so very much and try to do it as much as possible as life is just too short to be serious all the time.

Yeah! I'm 95 and I look 25. I laugh all the time.
Actually, I'm 35, but I feel younger.( at least when I've been to the Chiropractor )
I love to laugh hahaha
Loud and long and clear
I love to laugh haha
it's getting worse every year.
The more I laugh the more I feel with glee and the more the glee the more I'm a merry me..
That's from Mary Poppins!
Have a happy laffy day!

Sure without laughter we would be dull and crying on the inside. You have to release the pressures.. and laughter helps.

I don't know about keeping us young, but (Prov 17:22) A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

Yes, along with sleep, a good diet and exercise, being happy does wonderful things to the mind. It excites the soul to try new and youthful things, it make you want to smile more. I am speaking for myself.
