it all started yesterday. I was feeling kind of dizzy, and my breathes were short. Than when i went to go to sleep i had to cough. The cough was kind of like a tickling cough. Than this morning when i was getting out of bed my head felt like someone had dropped of ton of bricks on me. I am so tired right now, and my eyes are droppy. My back hurts alot when i keep it in one place, my neck feels like it is swollen, my nose is very stuffed up. My skin hurts when i touch it. Or if i get up or turn i feel kind of like a flash [its hard to explain] its kind of like someone is pouring cold water on me, or like im being surprized every time i turn. My ears are ringing a lot. and my eyes hurt also. I don't know what to do. I went to my nurse but all she gave me was tylon and a decongistant. But the pain is still here what now?

Sounds like you have the flu. Not much you can do except let it take its course. Stay home if you can, take tylenol or some cold/flu medication for your symptoms, sleep as much as you can and drink lots of fluids, juice and water are best. If you are feeling worse or have symptoms like fainting or difficulties speaking or seeing then go to your doctor or ER.

You definitely sound as if something serious is going on.

Try a cold gel pack on the back of your neck. That should help the pain in your head and back. A sinus pill should help with the headache, stuffiness and the ear ringing. This can be caused by ear and sinus congestion.

Make a doctors appointment. Good Luck.
