Can switching pill make me miss my period completely?

i recently switched pills from a really high hormone level to a low hormone level last month my period came as normal but this month it has yet to come. its been 4 days and i have had 2 negative pregnancy tests. i know im not pregnant ive had cramps and moodiness as usual just no period! im really confused!

Yes it sure can because the body is trying to adjust to the change in medication. I have had that happen to me a couple times. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
