McDonalds in De is 15 but really its pointless because labor laws prevent people under 16 from working more then 3 hours a day a few days a week. You also wont be allowed to go passed the cash registers. You can only take orders and clean.

Talk to your guidance counselor about getting a work permit. Without one, you have to be at least 16. Don't worry about working while you are still in school, you have the rest of your life to work!

I always thought the minimum age would be 16, but with a worker's permit.

some will take you at 14, but i think that's just chick fil a but i believe it's 16 or 18

You have to be 15, but you get really crappy hours if you're not 16 because of child labor laws.
