If he's not naked and he doesn't touch them in inappropriate places, I'm sure it's fine. Let's not debate morality here, people. She asked if it was LEGAL, not moral. I'm sure it's all in fun anyway. Probably a guy in a leopard thong and cowboy hat. That sounds more funny than attractive.

Exotic dancers are for 18 and up. If someone allows their 16 or 17 year old daughter in the same house as a male stripper then they are just asking for trouble to begin with! As for it being illegal it probably is but not if it is consensual.

Is the exotic dancer going to be nude? If so, then most definitely!! It is considered a felony here in the state of FL and not just by the dancer but any adult who allows it to go on could be at risk for similar charges. If he is going to have a thong on then I would think there still may be a problem w/the touching part if they r under 18. Can't he just not touch the ones that are under 18? Have all those that r under 18 wear a certain color shirt (such as red for hands off or stop) or sit in a certain area so he knows he not to touch them.

Tricky question.

It would likely depend on two things:

1) Would such contact be considered sexual contact, and if so
2) Would sexual contact with the minor be illegal.

#1 is likely a matter of interpretation for a judge, and #2 would be a matter of the age of consent for whereever you live -- might be 16, or 17, or 18.

If this bothers you, then maybe you can spend your time wondering what kind of parents would let their kids go to a party with a male stripper?

I would imagine it's illegal for an exotic male dancer to perform in front of minors. Minors aren't allowed in the club, so legally I wouldn't think the club would be able to come to them.

I'd recommend calling the agency he works for and asking them the rules . . . or even try to call a club that features exotic dancers. No one will no the rules better than those that have to abide by them.

More likely than not.

What are minors doing at a party with an exotic male dancer?

Dancers are actually not prostitutes to any extent further than the chick working thechronic via at any McDonalds. I under no circumstances understood why human beings thought that approximately dancers. on the club I worked at there have been approximately 40-50 persons. We found out that between the girls folk have been turning tricks and we ran her @ss OUT. Any time a chick have been given out of line, we made useful issues have been 'righted'. it somewhat is a job-in line with danger slightly distinctive than maximum-besides the shown fact that this is basically a job.

Probably. However, it is probably also illegal to have minors at a party where there is an exotic dancer.

Sounds like it would be, what is the minor doing there in the first place? Then again, two wrongs don't make a right.

If it is not, then it should be.

I think the parents who allowed the children to be at a party with male strippers, should also be blamed.
