How can you be a vegetarian? You can make the choice, but we're omnivores. We're designed to run on a balanced diet (everything we can get down our necks) we need certain fatty stuff and proteins that you can't get from only eating vegetables.
I'm not decrying vegetarians or vegans.Eat whatever you want,thats fine. I'll even do different meals if you come to my place. Just don't try and convert me. But you all look a bit pale.
You can't all be Goths. Also you do realise that there would be no sheep or cows if nobody ate meat. The countryside ( I'm in England) would change forever.

I'm not, I wish I was, but I grew up eating meat and it is sooo hard to give up. I rarely eat red meat anymore, I cannot remember the last time I had a burger or steak. So that is a first step, but I absolutely LOVE chicken and pork so those will be much harder, if I ever can at all. We'll see....maybe one day.

Not in my lifetime. Vegetarian is an old Indian word meaning "Lousy Hunter."

I wouldn't want to know what it feels like to be a vegetarian! I have to have my beef, pork, and chicken for me to survive!!!
