One time, a few years back, I was living in Kansas City. It was winter and there was ice everywhere so I decided to take a vacation. I went to Orbitz.com and bought a plane ticket to what I thought was Panama City, FL, but I guess I hit the wrong button, because it turned out to be Panama City, Panama. I went anyway and met some really nice people, including a couple who, the next time I went to Panama City introduced me to their daughter. They were on vacation from Bogota, Colombia. So, I had to take a few trips to Bogota, of course, and now their daughter is my wife. I guess it's been five years since my last trip out of the country, unless you count Canada and Mexico.

Took about 10 days in Paris and a hop over to Ireland early
this last year and next year in Spring going to Prague and
Ibiza. Greece is fabulous..especially Santorini and Corfu....and spectacuclar at night.. Tres romantique. Have
fun. If you want to get a good hit of Greece, rent "Summer
Lovers"..an old movie with Darryl Hanna...really captures
the island.

My husband and I took my daughter to Cozumel Mexico in 2002, it's definitely time to plan another escape, I would like to go back to England where my mother was born and raised, I would love for my daughter to see the beautiful things I have seen, I loved the awesome castles, I know she would appreciate it as much as I did. Have a great time in Greece Rena.

I spent most of my working life travelling.
I started with the whole of the UK, including all the Island groups, (Orkneys, Shetland and Outer Hebrides.) Which can get quite hairy in the Winter.
Later on I worked in a number of countries in Europe, but specialised in working with German and Swiss companies.
Finally spent some time working in Southern Africa.
Today I am quite happy to explore parts of the UK, that I missed when I was working.

We run up to Canada every once in a while. I only live 50 miles from the border so It is pretty common for people here to go there. Lots of locals have family over there too.

I was in Canada a few months ago. I am going to Africa this December though and I am really excited about it. We will have a layover in France, but there will not be enough time to actually leave the airport to do some sightseeing.

You know Rena, that I do not like to Travel out of my Country? I am content to travel where, my oldest daughter, Viola is her Name Lives? she Lives in Alice, Texas. It's about an hour away from where I Live, in Laredo. the farthest we have traveled would be to Austin Texas, the capitol of our state. I am happy just to stay here in my Home, and be safe.
