All of them are right except number 4. Its not a single replacement reaction. AsO43- is a polyatomic ion called arsenate. The correct answer would be Ca3(AsO4)2

All correct except No. 3 & 4

No. 3 . I think your 'Hg2 2+' is incorrect. If it is Hg2+ then with CO32- it becomes HgCO3. However there is also a Hg2CO3 compound and the formula is:-
2Hg+ + CO32- = Hg2CO3

No. 4. Ca2+ + AsO43- = Ca3(AsO4)2 - Calcium Arsenate.

Mostly...

1) Correct
2) Correct
3) Correct
4) Should be Ca3(AsO4)2
5) Correct

Not too sure why you did number 4 the way you did, but good luck to you!

1), 2), 3), 5) are correct - good job

but arsenate ion doesn't fall apart like you have it:

4) 3Ca+2(aq) + 2AsO4-3(aq) --> Ca3(AsO4)2(s)
