Practicing perfection would make u perfect but what is perfection? More likely if you practice wrong it will make it perfectly wrong!

P.S. : Yeah why is that with French Ms T Blue? Italian no problem and learned in 8 months. French 6 years at least- still not too comfortable with...do no like liaisons and verbs.

practice might not make "perfect" but it will help you improve. Take playing the piano for example. When you first start to learn you basically have no idea what you're doing, but as you continue to practice and learn you become more advanced - as would be the case with anything. Sports teams all have practices to improve their skills. No-one is "perfect" though!

Of course it does provided that you doing things right to start with. Practicing something will ingrain it by involving neural nets rather than voluntary conscious action so it had better be correct.

Roger Federer is the best tennis player in the world, perhaps the best of all time, does anyone doubt that he practices constantly, even between tournaments. This is not to improve but merely to retain his level of play.

The late, great pianist Artur Rubinstein was asked about practice and said "If I miss a day's practice, I notice the deterioration in the quality of my playing. If I miss two days, the critics notice. If I miss three days, everyone notices."

This is especially obvious with the training of animals like dogs. Repetition of desired behavior ( with appropriate rewards ) is the key to disciplined behavior.

Perfect practice makes perfect. If you do it wrong, you can practice for ever, but you are still doing it wrong.

I heard that it was possible to "think" practice to improve your form, but I have no experience with it. Depending on what you are trying to improve, you might want to get some pointers to improve your form before you practice it and the imperfections become habit.

Well, the more you do something, the better you become.
Now when you begin anything new, you learn all the ins and outs (This is considered by some as practice), and at some point, you become more proficient at it, to a point that you have perfected it. (Having made it perfect in your life)
With this in mind my answer is a resounding YES

No.

Here's was Chris Everett had to say about this:

"Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect."

It depends on what you are practicing. In most things, I'd say practice really does make perfect because the more you do a thing, the better you get at it. Think of all the things you could do better, if you just did them all the time! The mind boggles!!! ღ♥ღ♥ღ

This is quite a question, Doctors have been practising for years I am pretty sure they would not call themselves perfect, as they are still practising.
But seriously, I do not feel perfection exists in anything or anyone, there will always be imperfections picked up by someone.

Just look at a baby being born and tell me if that practice didn't make it perfect... No one could make that perfection, no one...
