I dont know, but if I were a betting person I would think it would be 220v, Russians are always trying to out do us. but ,any way u might call the Russian embassy there ask them to find out for u , I would think they would have their ways about helping u with ur answer.

try asking at Russia, site, i have no idea, what voltage they use in Russia,

ok,..... it is my understanding that Europe in general uses 220 or 240 volts..........

i was in Kiev, UK twice and the voltage was either 220 or 240....... the TV's their scared the heck out of me everytime i turned one on........
